KC777 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kc777.online, creating a KC777 account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the KC777 platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

KC777 uses automated and manual checks to identify underage access. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds returned (minus any losses already incurred, which will not be recovered).

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one KC777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through different devices — is strictly prohibited. KC777 uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and bonus balances will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

All information you provide when registering for KC777 must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false information — including a fake name, date of birth, phone number or payment details — is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your KC777 login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone. KC777 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact KC777 support immediately. KC777 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. 4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at KC777 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set at the account level, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

KC777 processes all deposits immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of completing the transaction, please contact KC777 support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited into your KC777 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from third parties, is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

KC777 processes the vast majority of withdrawals in under 5 minutes to Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at KC777 is Rs 500.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• KC777 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold set by the platform's compliance team.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while a bet is pending settlement. The pending bet must settle before the withdrawal can be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawals may be delayed in the following circumstances: pending KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, ongoing investigation into a bonus abuse claim, or a technical issue with the payment provider. KC777 will communicate any delay to you promptly via your registered contact details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The KC777 Welcome Bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. The bonus matches the deposit amount up to the stated maximum in PKR. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum stated in the promotion terms. The Welcome Bonus is not available to members who have previously held a KC777 account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

KC777 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed to artificially meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, and exploiting technical errors or pricing errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, KC777 reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, close the account and withhold the associated funds pending investigation.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. The validity period for each bonus is displayed at the time of claiming and in your KC777 account dashboard.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on KC777 are subject to the rules of the specific sport, game or market in question, as well as the general platform rules set out here. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules for that bet type.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered placed and accepted when you receive a bet confirmation from KC777, including a unique bet reference number. KC777 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, data feed errors or suspicious betting patterns.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed in the KC777 platform at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, market, game type and individual account level. KC777 reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual accounts if betting patterns suggest misuse.

7.3 Virtual Sports

Virtual sports outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. Results are completely unpredictable and cannot be influenced by any external factor. All virtual sports bets are final once the event begins. KC777 does not accept any claims that a virtual sports outcome was predetermined or unfair.

7.4 Casino & Crash Games

All KC777 casino games use certified RNG technology. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published for each game title. Once a game round has ended, the outcome is final. Technical malfunctions that occur during a game round will result in the affected bet being voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

8. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KC777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, which may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one KC777 account (multi-accounting)
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with KC777 games
• Exploiting software errors, technical bugs or pricing errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any KC777 game
• Using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true identity
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or proceeds of crime (money laundering)
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information
• Attempting to access KC777 systems, servers or databases without authorisation
• Harassing, threatening or abusing KC777 support staff or other members

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider
• At the member's own written request (voluntary closure)
• As required by a regulatory or law enforcement authority

11.1 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms or suspected fraud, KC777 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed voluntarily or for administrative reasons unrelated to any breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

11.2 Appeals

If you believe your KC777 account has been suspended or closed unfairly, you may raise a formal complaint with KC777 support. All complaints will be investigated and a response provided within 10 business days. KC777's decision following a full investigation is final.

12. Limitation of Liability

KC777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While KC777 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably, KC777 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, political events or power outages

KC777's total liability to any individual member in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that member's account at the time of the incident. KC777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances.

13. Amendments to These Terms

KC777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
